Because our printables are digital downloads, we cannot accept returns or give refunds once the files have been sent. If you have trouble with your download or the file does not open, please contact us and we will resend the files or help you fix the issue.
If you receive a toy or book that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and check the item, we will send you a replacement or give you a refund.
Refunds are made to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and check the returned item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product was faulty.
